I started my mortgage career as a result of going through the process. Like many, my wife and I were buying a home and needed a mortgage. Unfortunately the experience wasn’t great and I became intrigued with the idea of making it better.

Driven with an entrepreneurial spirit I left a great career and opened n  office in Aledo, TX. I suppose my family heritage gave me the confidence to take the risk. In 1976 my Grandfather opened Jim’s Lock and Safe on Magnolia in Fort Worth and later my father followed suit opening Fort Worth Cycling on the west side of Fort Worth. Both businesses continue to thrive today.

Since opening the Cendera office my team and I have had the privilege to help thousands of families and originate hundreds of millions in mortgages. Today, we’re highly focused on refining the process and implementing ideas that make the process more personal. We want to remain connected to our clients for life and do so through a community connection and value added services long after we close the loan. Speaking of closing.. We close loans in approximately half the time of the industry average.
